Information

The seminars Modern Trends in Physics Research take place every Wednesday at 13.00 and usually last 60 min. (including 15 min. for discussion). The informal meeting and the discussion between the speaker and other participants of the seminar start 30 min. before the lecture.

The Seminars are held in a hybrid mode. Depending on the speaker’s preference, the seminar is given either remotely (via the MS Teams platform) or face-to-face in Prof. Piekara’s Aula at the AMU Physics Department (in which case the talk is live-streamed on the MS Teams system).

The MTPR seminars have a form of open colloquia, during which distinguished speakers present their research in a manner accessible to a broad audience of both researchers and students.
